The gap between what a company wants to do and what it actually executes is almost always an operations problem — and operations problems are engineering problems.
V built his first dispatch operation from zero — hiring, training, and scaling a team from 5 to 50+ people across multiple timezones, all while deploying AI systems that made each person 10x more effective. That operation went from nothing to $2.5M ARR in 18 months. QANAT was born from that experience — the realization that operational infrastructure is the most valuable thing no one is building.
